Stefan Slucki:Hullo, I am 52 years old and totally blind since I was 18-- Glaucoma and two detached retinas. I am a Minister of the Gospel and teach braille part time. My wife is fully sighted and we're not blest with our own children. Currently we live in beautiful Adelaide, South Australia. I am involved in blindness issues via Blind Citizens Australia and political issues in Australia via membership of a political party and lobbying of influential leaders. I enjoy viewing sport -- cricket and Australian-Rules football; listening to radio generally and 60s and 70s soul music especially; I like reading both braille and audio books.
Christie Gilson:I'm a totally blind assistant professor who lives in the United States. I teach at Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. My hobbies are swimming, reading, international travel, singing, and gardening. I read English braille and speak some German. I've lived in Marburg, Germany and Hong Kong, China for extended periods of time.

Francis Khan:I am a retired banker and worked in the Trust and Asset Management Division of the bank in Trinidad and Tobago which is situated in the Southern Caribbean Sea in the West Indies. These days I teach computer skills in Barbados and Jamaica where we teach tutors who can teach other persons in the various islands in the Caribbean.
Tamas Geczy:Hello, everyone! I am Tomi - a high school senior living in the U.s. I was originally born in the country of Hungary, but had the luck to move here through my mother's help. As a young child, I always loved reading - though the books I had were mainly ones were in the Hungarian public domain. My genres today include spiritual material, philosophy, science fiction, and history novels. I also do a radio show, am one of the Hungarian translator of NVDA, love public speakking and helping others. :)

I believe that the sky is the limit for every visually impaired achievers. I am very much interested in use of the latest technological devices. I am member in various organisations for and of the visually impaired and social networks. My other interests are: reading Braille books and magazines, listening to audio books, music, and radio,serfing internet, Establishing contacts with people all over the world, attending conferences/workshops on education, technology, disability, etc.
